How to place a new order?

We offer a range of pre-packed/ ready to ship gift hampers which can be selected from the Pre-Packed gifts section or Office Specials section. You can also curate/create your own gift box as per your own requirement from the Make Your Own Zappy section. However, if you need any support while placing the order, you can chat with us using the Chat Icon provided on the website or drop us an email on support@thezappybox.com

What is the size of each box?

The dimensions of the box depicted in the product image have been chosen by our experts with careful consideration of the quantity of products within, with the intention of delivering a great  unboxing experience.

How can I add a gift card and message?

You can simply provide us with your message, and we'll handle the rest! Your sentiment is handwritten on a notecard and placed within your box when shipped.

You can choose the card you like by clicking on the 'Select Card' option while selecting any pre-packed box, and you can type your message in the box below it.

But still, if you miss out on adding the card, please email us at support@thezappybox.com or chat with us using the chat icon, and our team will assist you in resolving the same.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our order processing time is 1–2 days, post which the order is dispatched.

Shipping Timelines :

1. Standard shipping: 4 to 7 days, depending on the location.

2. Express shipping: 3 to 5 days, depending on the location.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during the festivities, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipments may be stuck in transit due to high load, or consignee unavailability and since deliveries are handled by third party vendors. The Zappy box team will always be available to support in such situations and you can reach out to us on support@thezappybox.com

Do you provide a specific delivery date?

Since we've established partnerships with third-party shipping companies like Delhivery, Bluedart, Trackon, and more, the exact shipping dates are beyond our control. Therefore, we do not offer specific delivery date options.

Where do you ship?

We only ship domestically, all across India.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return/ exchange policy?

Our return and refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions given below:

  1. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been delivered in the best condition, meeting our stringent quality standards.
  2. Return, Refund or Exchange requests will be entertained only:
  • Within 24 hours of delivery, 
  • If the product(s) received are damaged or the wrong/incorrect product is delivered.

3.  In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we are here to assist you. Please promptly email pictures of the damaged or defective item(s) to support@thezappybox.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our dedicated team will thoroughly investigate the matter and reach out to you with an appropriate solution. If any refund needs to be initiated our team will generate the refund and it will take 5- 7 days for the amount to reflect back to your payment mode.

4. We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, and if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the package is refused by the recipient.

For added assurance and to expedite the resolution process, we highly recommend making an unboxing video of the product upon its arrival. This video can serve as valuable documentation in the event of any issues with your order.

If I change my mind, can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed, cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped.

How to curate your own gift box?

1. Please select a box with the size that corresponds to the number of products you wish to choose.

2.  Choose a card.

3. Pick the products you desire.

What box size should I choose?

Each box page offers details about different box sizes. Please select the size that matches the number of products you want to accommodate in it.

Generally, the following sizes are available:

Regular: 10*8.5*4 inches (suitable for 4-5 products)
Medium: 12*10*4 inches (suitable for 6-7 products)
Large: 14*11.5*4 inches (suitable for 7-8 products)

Can I purchase an empty box and a single card?

No, currently we are not selling only the box or the card. It can be purchased only along with other products.

What is the process of placing a corporate order?

We offer a range of ready-to-ship corporate hampers and customization services. You have the option to select from our pre-packed gift section or complete the form located on our customized corporate gifting page for inquiries pertaining to bulk orders.
