Order processing Timeline -

During periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, the processing time may experience delays of 2 to 3 days beyond the standard timeline. Customers will be duly informed of any such delays.
Shipping Timelines -

Express shipping: 2 to 4 working days is available only for metro cities and tier 1 cities

Standard shipping PAN India : 4 to 7 working days, depending on the location.
Shipping Partners: Delhivery and Bluedart.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during the festivities, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Sometimes, high loads, consignee unavailability, or the use of third-party vendors for deliveries can cause shipments to become stuck in transit.

Non-Refundable Logistics Delay -
The Zappy Box is not liable for delays in product delivery due to logistics issues, including carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen logistics circumstances. Therefore, refunds will not be provided for delays caused by such logistical factors. For more information, refer to our refund policy
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking -
Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This communication will include your tracking number(s) for reference. Please note that the tracking number(s) provided will become active within a period of 24 hours.
