Make Your Own Zappy

1. Please select a box with the size that corresponds to the number of products you wish to choose.
2. Choose a card.
3. Pick the products you desire.

All the products selected by you will be meticulously curated in the box of your choice, and will be shipped as a gift hamper according to your specifications.

Our order processing time is 1–2 days, post which the order is dispatched.

Shipping Timelines-

1. Standard shipping: 4 to 7 days, depending on the location.

2. For express shipping, please contact us at support@thezappybox.com. Express shipping takes 2 to 4 days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during the festivities, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

The Zappy Boxes, once purchased, are not entitled to exchange or return.

However, if you find any defect or damage to any particular product inside the box, we would like you to notify us or send it back to our registered address within 7 days of receiving the product. We will generate a refund for it. The refund will be initiated once we receive the product and will take a maximum of 14 days.

Orders once placed, cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped.
